I barely have a year and a month left in High school. I enjoyed my HS life so much to the point that I cant accept the fact that in matter of months it’s all over. We were oriented about answering the UP application form a while ago. This added pressure on me since Im really thinking about the few months left before I graduate. I always have this feeling of uncertainty and I just get sudden jitters whenever I think about the future. I mean, what if I don’t get into U.P., Ateneo or La salle? I hope it doesnt happen! Anyway, I hate it when people meddle with my stuff. Whoever they are they don’t have the right to intrude into my private life. A while ago I caught my aunt prying on my cellphone. She was reading my text messages. What the fuck? Have people lost their sense of privacy. I could have let her read it if she only asked. I’m hiding nothing its just that Im pissed off that she went over my things without asking my permission. I dont do that to her. She lacks breeding and its such a shame that she could do such a thing. My cellphone is private! Its very personal and I allow non else to view it without permission. Im joining the debate society tomorrow so that I could do something productive and kill time. I mean I have nothing to do on afternoons thats why Ive decided to make my excess time prolific. I want to try something new thats why I made a decision to join the fight for ignorance. Its going to be one big challenge to manage my time with school and debate. Im goin to love this one since I really want to try something new and I love challenges. I was in the library a while ago. Its quiet unusual for me to stay there but Ive discovered something. There are a lot of good stuff to read there after all. I thought that it only contained some useless old books collecting dust. You shouldn’t really judge a book by its cover. Although I must say that according to a research the best sellers are the ones with the best cover. I bought a new portable radio. Its really handy and its cheap. I bought it so that I wont miss any Chico and Delamar morning show on RX 93.1. My day isn’t complete without hearing the voices of these morning duo. Now I can listen to them during homeroom period and even recess! Hooray for the person who invented the portable radio!! Anyway, I watched Smallville as usual! It’s the best thing to watch when you are in love. Seeing Lana and Clark express their feelings for one another makes my pulse flutter. I can relate to the characters because Im currently experiencing what happens to them. This is what makes the story powerful. You confide, identify and understand the characters. There is one particular line on the show that struck me. It was said by Lana to Clark. It goes something like “You may not always be there when I want you but you are always there when I need you”. This cheesy line made my heart melt. Its these kind of lines that make you fall deeper in love. It makes you grab a pillow and hug it with all your might.
