I’ve been doing nothing but eating, sleeping, watching, surfing the net and reading this vacation. It has become a monotonous routine everyday. My favorite part here is eating. I’m becoming a horrendous pig! I ate prawns, mash potato with gravy, steak, salad , cake , ice cream and rice. To give you a terrible shock I wolf down everything in one sitting. I ate everything during lunch. Anyway, I didn’t eat dinner because I don’t want any extra weight. I have to burn everything down. I’ve realized I need some physical activity this summer. I’m trying to get into badminton. All I do is bum around and it’s no good! I’m a movie buff and the new theatre system at home is really tempting. I watched for 4 hours non-stop! Now, my eyes are teary. I went out with my dad to buy some more DVD. It wouldn’t be complete without buying the third season of Smallville. So, I ended up buying a lot. I got some movies that I really want to watch but I didn’t get to do so during the dreaded school days. On my list were Y Tu Mama Tambien, Dirty Dancing, Meet the Parents/Fockers and Amelie. I found 3 of those movies except for Y tu Mama Tambien. Oh, crap! I really wanted that movie. Anyway, I got more movies than I expected. I promise myself one thing. That is to get that freaking movie someday. A song is stuck on my mind for the past couple of weeks. It’s kinda weird because I just found out the title of the song this afternoon while listening to 89.9 . It’s been bugging me for several weeks now. I’m kinda pissed because the Disc Jocks aren’t doing their job. Aren’t they supposed to say the title of the song before or after playing it? They seldom do it! The F*ck with that! The title of the song was hard to find out because the song is in some kind of a South American language. I think it’s in Spanish but the music makes me want to dance. There is something in it that lifts my soul. Anyway the title of the last song syndrome I’m currently experiencing is “Gasolina”. I found out something about myself. I enjoy latin music! Anything Spanish or Portuguese that is danceable is poetry to my ears. It’s more than music, my soul kinda like dances with every beat of that song. It’s something difficult to explain. I went to school a while ago to have my clearance signed. To my surprise I don’t need to work on it that much. I only need one signature! I’m shocked with that because I didn’t go to school last week to have my clearance signed. It turned out that Ivan, our class president, did all the work! I need not to worry about anything. With my clearance done, I now have the licence to say that Vacation has officially started!
